PAUH RINGAN/MEMPALAM RINGAN

Begitulah musim sedar-sedar pauh ringan kembali berbuah.Jika ditunggu masak apalah sangat istimewanya. Hendak dikata enak tidak juga kerana alah oleh saingan pelbagai wariasi mempelam . Harumanis,king serta cokanan lebih dibanggakan.
Apapun dari gugur dan tidak dipedulikan elok dipetik ketika buah-buah ini dalam keadaan bijinya masih lembut, Ada setengah dari kita menyebut masih belum bertempurung kerana mudah untuk membelah atau memotong jika ingin menjadikanya jeruk.
itupun jika rajin...........................

    Yg ni buke pauh ringan atau mempelam ringan tp pauh reknge..haha.. Nama manja utk pauh ringan bg ore Kelate. Kat kg ada pkk pauh reknge keliling rumah tp hmpir semua ditebang selepas saya pindah ke sini. Sayang betul. Pauh ni sedap dicincang buh dale budu...penyel lado burung, make dgn ulam..perghhh.. Buat sambal ike kering pn sdp. Kalu rajin, blh buat jeruk. Tunggu buah masak luruh pn sedap make pauh reknge ni. malah nok koyok kulit..kekoh dgn kulit2 tu. kulit pn manih..hahaha..

  3. haduhaiii, boleh tak tidur malam kalo teringatkan buah ni. Sanggup tak makan nasi kalo ternampak buah ni ada kat dapo, bikin kuah rojak, pastu ada ler nanti ternampak kaum ibu berlonggok kat meja sidang sambil cicah mangga ni, fuhhhh bestnya kalau jadi kenyataan...

    tapi bagi kita yg tak berniaga ni.....rasa tak bernilai......
